Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Nancy & Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nancy & Rose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
