At Nancy & Rose, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the shipping carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Area

This shipping policy applies to deliveries within Canada.


4. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information allows you to monitor your delivery.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, orders enter processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, the return process outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy must be followed.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.

While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, we will assist you in locating your package and working toward a resolution.

Nancy & Rose is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.
