At Nancy & Rose, your comfort and confidence are important to us.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
All approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team and provide:
• Your order number
• The item name
• The reason for return
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will receive a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or style, please contact our customer service team — we will be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
