At Nancy & Rose, we strive to make checkout simple, secure, and worry-free.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment options available at checkout.

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If currency conversion fees apply, they are determined by your card issuer.


2. Secure Payments

Your security is very important to us.

All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections and handled by trusted, certified payment providers.

We do not store your full card details on our servers.

You will always see the secure padlock symbol in your browser during checkout.


3. Payment Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If a payment is declined or cancelled, the order will not be created.

In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold, which will automatically be released according to your bank’s policies.


4. Refunds

If a refund is approved under our Refund & Returns Policy, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
